Thy Kingdom Come is a global prayer movement that invites Christians around the world to pray for more people to come to know Jesus.

What started in 2016 as an invitation from the Archbishops of Canterbury and York to the Church of England has grown into an international and ecumenical call to prayer.

Whether you have joined in ‘Thy Kingdom Come’ before or not, you can take part this year – along with churches from over 65 different denominations in 114 countries around the world.

This year Thy Kingdom Come takes place from May 30th – June 9th. Your church can participate in a number of ways.

Prayer events of all shapes and sizes will take place over these 11 days, including 24–7 prayer rooms, prayer days, prayer walks and half nights of prayer.

Cathedrals, churches and other venues will host Beacon Events, gathering people across towns and cities to worship and to pray for the empowering of the Holy Spirit for effective witness.

On the Thy Kingdom Come website you can pledge to pray, find and list events, and download resources to help you pray in church and as families or individuals. There are also posters and templates to help publicise events.
