EMBRACE EVENT: Syrian Refugees Welcome Here? | 26th August | Edgehill Theological College, 9 Lennoxvale, Belfast, BT9 5BY

In light of the current movement of migrant people into Europe from the Middle East and North Africa, this discussion evening will provide background information on the movement of vulnerable people and the policies regarding entry into the UK.

In particular, the event will look at the possibility of Syrian refugees being resettled locally, some of the challenges faced by refugees who are already here and how churches can respond in welcome.

The event runs from 7pm to 9pm, is free, and booking in advance is not required
