In his talk entitled “Faith and Power in the World Today” Professor Campbell will share with us thoughtful reflections on the theme of the week of prayer for Christian Unity: ‘Your Right Hand, O Lord, Glorious in Power.’

Theme   –   ‘Your Right Hand, O Lord, Glorious in Power.’ (Exodus 15: 6)

Speaker: Professor Francis Campbell   (Vice Chancellor of St. Mary’s University Twickenham).

Born in Co. Down, educated to primary degree level in N.I., Professor Campbell pursued post graduate studies in Italy, Poland, and USA in theology, philosophy and international relations. In the course of his career as a British Diplomat working for the  Foreign and Commonwealth Office he has lived in various cultures , experiencing conflict and division within and between countries and world faiths, as well as signs of hope in a troubled world. In his talk entitled Faith and Power in the World Today Professor Campbell will share with us thoughtful reflections developed along the way.
