The Irish Council of Churches presents the Annual Report for 2018.
The Report features reflections from ICC president, Rev Brian Anderson, on the role of wisdom, knowledge and understanding with regards to the Common Good.
The report also contains an overview of the work of ICC for the past year, including the work of the Irish Inter–Church Committee, work on Brexit and the Irish Churches, international engagement and communications projects.
The European Affairs Committee and Women’s Link have also provided reports about their activities throughout 2018.
This year, the ICC Annual Report includes important Climate Justice Affirmations (found on page 18 of the report). These affirmations emphasise climate, creation and Christian values and discipleship.
Our Annual Report also incorporates a report from Churches Together in Britain and Ireland and an update from Christian Aid Ireland.
